Gas boiler servicing Tiverton, Devon UK

We won't "cut corners" or compromise and believe safety is paramount, particularly if there are young children or elderly people in the property. We always include a temperature mixing valve with all of our bathroom installations.
In the event of a hot bath tap being opened it will only allow water to flow at a safe maximum temperature of 48 degrees, regardless of the temperature it is supplied at from the hot water cylinder or boiler.
For England and Wales, from 1 April 2010, revisions to Part G of the Building Regulations (Hot water supply and systems) include the requirement that baths, subject to building regulations, are fitted with a protective anti scalding device
(i.e. a thermostatic mixing valve) to limit the temperature of the hot water.
Similar regulations have been in force in Scotland since 2006.
